We are a RFID Products Manufacturer in China

As an experienced RFID product manufacturer in China, Hongjin Electronic Company is engaged in the research, development, production, and sale of a variety of radio frequency identification electronic products. Our products include contactless cards, PVC cards, RFID tags, RFID key fobs, special cards, metal mount tags, HF RFID labels, and UHF tags. Our products are widely used in telecommunications, logistics, the food industry, financial services, and other areas.

With more than 20 years of experience in providing RFID products, we have developed a series of effective quality control measures. We carefully choose our raw material suppliers. They must follow the ISO9002 system, and their raw materials are tested twice by our QC department before entering our warehouse. Then, the materials are specifically assigned to their destinations by supervisors. During the production process, each employee performs his specific job, and each production procedure is supervised by a specialized manager. Each member must sign off on their part of production, to ensure that every phase is completed according to established procedure.

    1. EM ID Card
    2. EM ID Card125 KHz EM ID card is a read-only contactless IC card and is driven by electromagnetic waves emitted by card readers. The reader can only read out ID number stored in the EEPROM chips but can not write in information. The radio frequency communication circuit is the key technology applied to this card which can receive the electromagnetic waves and to suit the power and time demand of the card chip. 2. ISO15693 CardSeries of ISO15693 cards such as authentication cards, attendance cards, contactless access cards, social security cards and crossing cards are produced to satisfy various demands on the market. These contactless cards are mainly used for checking work attendance, logistic management, security lock system, bus fast payment, vehicles anti-theft, and charging of highway, etc.

As a result of these efforts, we have passed ISO9001 certification and our RFID key fobs, special cards, RFID tags, some readers and material have passed the CE and ROHS test. metal mount tags, Their high quality has gained popularity with our customers in many countries.

In order to make our radio frequency identification products more competitive in the market, we also strive to lower our production costs. To do this, we use top quality offset presses, printing-down machines, automatic coil winding machines, IC card laminating machines, automatic bonding machines, stamping machines, and machinery exclusively used to make IC chip cards. These superior machines, combined with our advanced technology, skilled staff, and effective stock management, enable us to produce high quality contactless cards, PVC cards, etc., at lower costs, and thus reduce our prices.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. We can provide samples of mount tags, HF RFID labels, UHF tags, or other products to you for your inspection. Besides, we provide one year warranty for our products with chip and three-month warranty for our products without chip. OEM service is also available, upon request.

The high quality and low prices of our products, in addition to our courteous service, make our RFID key fobs, special cards, RFID tags and other products popular in Europe, North America, South America, and the Middle East.

What is RFID?

Radio frequency identification technology is a communication technology which is used to identify and process data of target objects by radio waves. In other words, the identification system can identify the target objects without any kind of electronic or optical contacts. Generally, the identification system communicates with the readers, that is, the target object known as RFID tags, RFID labels, or electronic tags.

Mostly, a RFID tag is composed of an integrated circuit and an antenna. The IC store and process information, modulate and demodulate radio-frequency signals, as well as other specialized functions. While receiving and transmitting the signals are the functions of the antenna.

RFID tags can be categorized into three types. First, the passive rfid tag. By providing an internal battery to support the IC, it can transmit signals with bigger range autonomously. Second, the passive RFID tags. Instead of internal battery supply, an external electromagnetic waves come from the RFID readers can provoke the signal transmission. Finally, the battery assisted passive (BAP) RFID tags whose antenna is used to receive the electromagnetic waves that come from RFID readers to provoke the IC. BAP RFID tags have a better response capacity compare to passive RFID tags.

Several standards that regulate the development and the use of RFID, which includes international standardizing organization (ISO), international electro-technical commission (IEC), ASTM international, DASH& alliance and EPC global.

RFID tags have been widely used in daily life, from tracking of animals to facilitate human life such as tracking pets, fast payment for shopping, identification confirmation, entrance security detection, vehicle tracking and asset management and so on.

How RFID Works?

We may have the same shopping experiences of waiting in long queue for payment in grocery store or supermarket. It is a waste of time and annoying especially when we are in a hurry. However, these experiences could disappear with the introduced radio frequency identification tags to replace the existing UPC bar codes. Generally speaking, RFID tags are smarter bar codes that can input information through contactless readers to a processing network system to track every product in a shopping basket.

As you can imagine, the next time when you are shopping in a grocery store, you do not need to stand in line and wait for your turn to ring up every item by someone, one at a time. The RFID tags of every product will communicate with a contactless reader that will detect every item in your basket and ring each of them instantly - as the reader is connected to the network. The network intelligently transfers information of your products to the retailer or product manufacturers, and respective banks are notified of ones bill, and thus deducted from accounts thereof.

Originally, RFID tags were used for tracking animals, however, they are widely used in various industries worldwide today. Apart from the realm of retail merchandise, RFID tags are used for tracking vehicles, airline passengers and luggage, Alzheimer's patients and pets, as well as entrance security detecting and identification confirmation and more.
